We moved into our first home about 6 months ago. It had a preexisting security system but the company who did it had gone belly up and the hardware was 10 years old. We contacted a large local firm, a famous national brand and intellinet for in home quotes and recommendations. I won't speak of the other two options but we just didn't feel comfortable with their representatives. From the moment we met the intellinet people we knew it was a good fit. They answered our questions, were polite and professional, and they were nice to my cat. I felt like I was talking to a family friend who was making recommendations that were best for me rather than a salesman who was giving me the take it or leave it approach. In the end we replaced about half our hardware to update it and they were able to work with some of the existing wiring to save us money. Anything that they couldn't use they were very upfront about and explained why it needed to be replaced. We didn't have the money to do it right away so we waited about 1-2 months and called them up. They knew exactly who we were and were able to schedule the set-up within a short time. I accidentally tested the system myself today and it works well. We're very pleased and have recommended them to some of our friends.

Our first interaction with Intellinet was for our Medina based business. We had security cameras installed so we can view our entire shop, interior and exterior, with sound in some areas. Jonathon at Intellinet did an outstanding job. It was a seamless effort and they have been in place over a year now without a hitch. Recently we had Intellinet take over our home security and add cameras there as well. Our second expreience was just as good as the first.
